We have done this continuously since 1986 for several shopping centers and other major customers, so our experience and our customers’ satisfaction is optimal.

All our customers/administrative managers receive our comprehensive reporting every morning in the “In-box” – or more often if desired. This gives you as our customer the obvious advantage of always having your finger on the pulse and being 100% updated on how – for example – your shopping center, your reception, – or your company is doing, – have there been complaints, – has there been theft, – have people been expelled, – has there been vandalism and/or graffiti, – etc.
We can also guarantee you that we will raise the level of service in your business, reception, port, shopping center, etc. to a very high level, and to a level you have almost certainly never seen or experienced before.

When you are a customer of Dansk Vagt, we can – if you wish – set up a phone loop so that all calls to the management or administration are filtered in our phone loop for calls that can wait until tomorrow – or for calls that need to be acted on now, and which may mean that your store/center cannot open as normal tomorrow morning.
This way you only get only calls on your day/evening off when it is it is absolutely and urgently necessarythat we disturb you on your day/evening off.
This is not a“press 1 if you want …..” solution, but rather a trained and approved duty officer who answers all calls.
We have acted as a telephone gateway/call filtering for our center guard customers, among others, for a number of years, so our security officers have a lot of experience in filtering the various calls so that it only urgent calls are put through to you or your staff. Urgent calls are also screened by the duty officer at Dansk Vagt before we contact you.

We have been around since 1982. In 1982 we were called Hovedstadens Butikskontrol, H.B.K.-Vagt Aps.
After a reconstruction in 1997-98, we changed our company name to Dansk Vagt – just as we changed our core areas, which went from being almost exclusively store security and store control to primarily being uniformed center, service, gate and reception guards, alarm response and (construction site) and supervision.
Subcontractors?
No, we never use subcontractors for guarding services, and we are not normally a subcontractor to other guarding companies. We only trust our own security staff.
However, we are subcontractors to several control centers (ABA and AIA-Alarmer) in Denmark.
Today, we have major customers who have been with us continuously since 1986, which in all modesty is a pretty good achievement.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification also means that we commit to Bureau Veritas that all employees, at least twice a year, must participate in Security and Safety related courses.
Bureau Veritas also requires, among other things, that we annually demonstrate/document; – that we are innovative, – that we comply with maximum response times, – that we can document our incidents, and – that we can document our errors and shortcomings, – and document how we correct our errors. And yes, we make mistakes. Not many, but we do make mistakes from time to time. Because, unfortunately, mistakes happen from time to time when people work with people.

Dansk Vagt is proud to have a green smiley from the Danish Working Environment Authority. We have only been able to achieve this great result by focusing on staff care and staff safety. We believe this has also resulted in Dansk Vagt having had an absence due to illness of less than 2.7% for 9 consecutive years.
Dansk Vagt is covered by the 2023- 2024 Industry Agreement for Security Companies between the National Association of Security Officers and DI Collective Agreement II.
