The battery is located in the arm itself and is charged via the included USB cable.
The arm itself can be removed in a second so you can empty the device of any movies/images you may have recorded via USB cable.

Beware.
Cheaper versions online don’t record in HD like these glasses do. This video eyewear records in HD – High Definition – 1920 x 1080 pixels and therefore provides razor-sharp images and synchronized sound/image. Beware of inferior imitations that only record in 1080 x 780 pixel resolution or less, resulting in significantly worse images on all parameters.
