This document is the terms and conditions between you as a buyer and Dansk Vagt, hereinafter referred to in this document as “we”, “us” and “our”.
Product information:

Prices:
All prices on danskvagt.dk are current prices and only valid on the day of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without further notice.
All prices are shown with and without VAT applicable at any time.
Order:
Ordering custom/unused goods, typically safety vests, but also special electronic products: we do not refund a payment for a product that has been specially manufactured/made for the buyer, nor do we refund consumables, licenses, labor costs for, for example, preparation of a returned product.
Delivery:
If the ordered goods are in stock, they will be shipped the same business day if we receive the order before 12:00.
Payment:
Secure payment
All payments are made via SSL encrypted connections to secure sensitive personal data as much as possible. All entered payment information is sent directly to our card acquirer (QuickPay) in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and our card acquirer can read. This means that no one else can see or store your payment information. We cannot see your card data and we can never withdraw more than the amount you paid for the purchase.

Right of withdrawal:
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of an item that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice can be given to info@danskvagt.dk or by phone 31252727. In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Business customers:
Business customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Dansk Vagt. Business customers are private companies, public institutions, associations, foundations and self-governing institutions.
As a business customer, you have a 6-month warranty and a 6-month right of complaint.
The condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can look at the goods in the same way as if you were looking at the goods in a physical store, but you may not use them.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. If the packaging or parts of the contents of the item are also thrown away or damaged, the commercial value of the item is DKK. 0.00 and you will not be refunded any amount for the item.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will refund any payments we have received from you. If you only exercise your right of withdrawal for parts of the order, any delivery costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your notification that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returns:
If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days. It is important that the shipment includes postage, which you must pay yourself. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. However, the deadline is still valid.
You must bear the cost of returning the item yourself.
Complaint:
Your private purchase on danskvagt.dk is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, incorrect measurement or other damage-causing behavior.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time”.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 1 month after the defect was discovered.

The item MUST be returned to Fiskebækvej 4, 4600 Køge, as we do NOT pick up goods in parcel shops.
For justified complaints, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. Otherwise, you must pay all transportation costs yourself, including our freight costs for returning the item after inspection, and we may charge you an amount of up to DKK 800 for inspection of the item at the manufacturer.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
Privacy policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you. As registered with www.danskvagt.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to info@danskvagt.dk.
The personal data is registered with Dansk Vagt and stored for up to five years, after which the data is permanently deleted.
